JUST WHEN YOU THOUGHT NOBODY LOVES YOU

Just when you’ve determined
nobody loves you,

an e-mail
+++++comes ringing in,
++++++++++which you
++++++++++never ever
++++++++++were expecting,

++++++++++and makes you glad
++++++++++that, at that moment
++++++++++when you
++++++++++feared and wished you’d die right then,
++++++++++you felt so bad,

++++++++++but, then, instead,
++++++++++you chose
++++++++++to stick around
++++++++++and keep on squirming.

++++++++++Which lets you opt right now
++++++++++right on to sail,
++++++++++to navigate the better, brighter part
++++++++++of your life’s journey.
