BLINDNESS UNGLUED

Don’t make you blind
with all the things
you tell yourself
you cannot do.

From stickly limits of that kind,
explore beyond,
because what rings your deepest bell
can never fail
to serve you true.

So, of those I-can’t’s
where you are stuck,
declare you’ve now had quite enough,
and choose to peel off
those many layers of pesky glue.

Then, get right back on track,
and start to act
so much more like the real you–

as you were always meant to do.
