Be who you are.

your signal
shrinks and fades,
and can’t transmit
to breach the distance,

and then,
your light
and simply even
your existence
may lurk unknown
to the heart
of your protective,
loving, lucky star. . .

never mind that you
in thinking you exist,
in a rash of contrary insistence

just be you,
according to your nature true,

and your beacon,
which your star has long been seeking,
will shine out, brilliant,
steady in the void of space,
and beautifully resilient.

Then, love and life
will reach and enter you,
from vectors emanating
from the cores
of beings living,
in our great wide Universe,
both near and far.
