AS THE CLOCK STRIKES TWELVE

Love and sunshine
for your noontime. . .

A smooth, blue sky
traced by sweeping sun
in arc circadian
for your time
of post-meridian. . .

A star-strewn greeting
for a peaceful evening. . .

Dreams’ delight,
good rest,
and restoration of your might
for your still and quiet night. . .

And a good rising
at sun’s dawning,
for your morning
fresh and vigorous and bright,
to rise you up
into your lush and blooming life.
