BREATHE MORE, CHEW MORE

Breathe more. . .
Chew more. . .
and you’ll
eat less–

You will see
rewards galore
when you
try out
this simple test. . .

And further pleasures,
brilliant vistas
are in store,
if you continue
this mindset–

Each new one
that comes
soaks even deeper
through your core
and feeds you
a little better
than the last.

Give it a shot
with all you’ve got–
for then, you’ll see
just what I mean,
and you will feel
oh so much more
fresh and strong,
alive and clean–

before too many
of your precious
grains of life and time
have hissed right through
the hourglass. . .
